The insurance industry is a key component of society, it allows people to take risks and therefore reduce the fear of the unknown. People are becoming more and more confident when buying products online, so why are we not seeing a rise in online sales of insurance? We see similarities to 20 years ago when insurance distribution evolved from agents to call centers.

How do customers decide to buy an insurance product online?
